information about your behavior on the website, including when you view it through our mobile application, in particular the goods and services you view, the links you click on, how you navigate our website and scroll the screen, as well as information about the device from which you you view our website, such as IP address and location derived from it, device identification, its technical parameters such as operating system and its version, screen resolution, browser used and its version, as well as data obtained from cookies and similar technologies for device identification;

information about your behavior when reading messages that we send you, especially the opening times of messages and also information about the device on which you read messages, such as IP address and derived location, device identification, its technical parameters such as operating system and its version, resolution screens, browser used and its version;

derived data, which means personal data derived from your settings, data about goods and services that you purchase from us, data about your behavior on the website and data about your behavior when reading e-mails that we send you; in particular, information about your gender, age, financial situation, shopping behavior and relationship to various goods and services;

Why do we process personal data and what entitles us to do so?

We process your personal data in different situations for different purposes. If you use our website, on which we also use cookies, we use your data mainly to monitor traffic and improve our services. If you make a purchase with us, we will use your data, you will have to process your order, protect your legal claims and fulfill your legal obligations.

We do not obtain data about your behavior on the website only from cookies. We also supplement them with data:

your device’s operating system, version, and language settings;

Our legitimate interest is a maximally personalized and effective offer for you. We also enrich the named data for this purpose by means of analysis and obtain data derived from them. According to this data, we also divide our users into different groups, where each group will receive its own specific offer. Processing based on the performance of the contract

If you purchase from us as an individual, you will process your personal data in order to process your order, your identification and contact data and information about your orders. If you have a user account with us, you can also use your settings for this purpose.

If you purchase from us as a representative of legal entities, we process the same data for certain purposes on the basis of our legitimate interest to count in the conclusion and performance of the contract with the person you represent.

The fact that they use this data for the purpose of processing your order, which means that it is used in particular:

We do not represent your personal data to any of the other parties and are stored with us only for our needs, such as complaints.

Right of deletion

In some cases, you have the right to have your personal data deleted. We will delete your personal data without undue delay if any of the following reasons is met:

we no longer need your personal data for the purposes for which we processed it;

revocation of consent to the processing of personal data, if it is data, your consent is necessary to perform the processing and at the same time we have no other reason why we need to process this data;

exercise your right to object to the processing (see the Right to object to the processing section below) for personal data that we process on the basis of our legitimate interests and that we find that there are no other legitimate interests to correct, process or

assume that the processing of personal data carried out by us is in accordance with generally binding regulations.

Right to restrict processing

In some cases, you can add exchange rights to use the right to restrict the processing of personal data. This right allows you in some cases to request that your personal data and this data be marked, which should not require further processing operations – in this case, not forever (as in the case of the right to exchange), but for a limited time. We must restrict the processing of personal data if:

The exercise of the rights above determines the way in which your right to file with the state with the relevant supervisory authority is not affected in any way. You can exercise this right in particular if you have access to your personal data being processed unauthorizedly or in violation of generally binding legal regulations.
